These terms govern the access to and use of the qyvoris.com website, operated by Qyvoris S.R.L. By accessing the site, you accept the conditions described below. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the platform.
1. Purpose
qyvoris.com is an informational site of Qyvoris S.R.L., a company dedicated to real-estate crowdlending in Argentina. The site presents the value proposition, describes real-estate projects and offers a contact channel. It does not by itself constitute a public offering of securities or a personalized investment recommendation.
2. Nature of the activity
Qyvoris S.R.L. operates as a Collective Financing Platform registered with the National Securities Commission (CNV) under number CFC-2024-0138. Each project is documented specifically with risks, timelines, use of funds and conditions. It is the user's obligation to read that documentation before investing.
3. Risks
Investing in real-estate projects involves financial, operational, macroeconomic and liquidity risks. Returns are not guaranteed. Past performance does not ensure future results. Diversification is a recommended practice but does not eliminate risk.
4. Permitted use
You use the site under your responsibility, complying with applicable regulations and refraining from: (a) accessing restricted areas without authorization; (b) attempting to compromise the security or availability of the site; (c) using unauthorized bots or scrapers; (d) submitting unlawful, defamatory or third-party-rights-infringing content.
5. Intellectual property
Brands, logos, texts, images, designs and site code are property of Qyvoris S.R.L. or its licensors. Commercial use is not authorized without written permission. Reproduction for informational or educational purposes requires express attribution.
6. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party services (for example, analytics tools or social networks). We do not control their content or policies, and their use is subject to the terms each third party provides.
7. Availability
