Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 3, 2026
At Qyvoris S.R.L. we understand that entrusting us with your personal data is an act of trust. This policy clearly describes what information we collect when you use qyvoris.com, for what purposes we process it, with whom we share it and what rights you have over it. It is drafted under the framework of Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and, where applicable, considers equivalent international protection standards.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Qyvoris S.R.L., with registered address at Av. Del Libertador 6250, Floor 9, C1428ARP, Belgrano, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. For privacy inquiries you can write to privacidad@qyvoris.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect data you provide actively (name, email, contact-form message and, when applicable, phone number) and technical data generated automatically during your navigation (IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referrer, pages visited and approximate session duration). We do not request special categories of data.
3. Purposes
Data is processed to: (i) answer your inquiries and continue commercial conversations; (ii) inform you about investment opportunities when you express interest; (iii) measure site performance and prevent abusive use; (iv) comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to crowdlending and to the company's activity. No fully automated decisions with significant legal effects are taken.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free and informed consent (Art. 5 Law 25,326), on the performance of the pre-contractual relationship initiated by you, on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site, and on compliance with applicable legal obligations.
5. Retention
We retain data for the time strictly necessary for the described purposes and, where applicable, during legal statute-of-limitation periods. Contact messages without commercial continuity are anonymized after 24 months.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. Access may be granted to: cloud hosting providers in data centers with ISO 27001 standards, transactional email platforms, and Google analytics and advertising tools (always under Consent Mode v2 and only when you have granted consent). All operate under contract with obligations equivalent to ours.
7. International transfers
Where a service involves an international transfer (for example, hosting in the United States or the European Union), we apply appropriate safeguards: standard contractual clauses, impact assessments and certified providers. We never transfer data to countries without an adequate level of protection unless safeguards are in place.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update, delete and object to the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacidad@qyvoris.com with proof of identity. If you consider your rights were not respected, you can contact the Agency for Access to Public Information (Argentina).
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), role-based access control, periodic dependency review, anomaly monitoring and incident-response plans. No system is completely immune, which is why we actively review our controls.
10. Minors
The site is not directed at minors under 18. If we detect data from minors collected without valid parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect improvements, regulatory changes or operational updates. We will publish the last-modified date at the top of the document. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means before entering into force.
12. Contact
